Meet the Doctors

Dr. Jon Hallie, Hallie Family Dentistry, Roseau MN

Dr. Jon Hallie

I was born and raised in Roseau, MN, and graduated from RHS in 2007. I went to undergraduate school at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where I received my Bachelor’s of Science with a major in Biology and double minor in Chemistry and Business Administration in 2011. I then studied at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in the Twin Cities and received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery in May 2015. After graduating, I moved back to Roseau and worked as an associate until I went out on my own in 2017. I enjoy hunting, fishing, golfing, biking, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Erick Hallie

Dr. Erick Hallie is a 1997 graduate of Roseau High School. He went on to do his Undergraduate studies at UMD-Duluth. He then attended the U of M Dental School, where he graduated in 2004. Dr. Erick Hallie practiced for 18 years in Grand Rapids at Northern Lakes Dental until he decided to move home in the fall of 2022, with his wife Tara, three sons, Preston, Declan, and Cameron, and dog Kona. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Meet the Team

Kayleen Olson

Office Manager

Born and raised in Valentine, NE. Kayleen graduated from the U of M Morris in 2021 with a B.A. in Financial and Organizational Management, and a minor in Sport Management. After graduating, she moved her to be with her now husband, Cody. She and Cody welcomed their first baby in July 2025. They raise cattle and spend their free time doing anything involving the outdoors. If you have questions regarding billing, insurance, scheduling, or anything in between, she is your go-to person!

Michelle Molitor

RDH

Born in Wisconsin. Michelle attended Normandale Community College, and then received her Bachelor of Hygiene from the U of M. She has 30 years of experience in the dental field. She’s married to her husband Paul and has four children and two grandchildren. She also owns and operates a rescue farm in Badger.

Amy Rominski

RDH

Amy is from the Greenbush-Lancaster area and grew up in Caribou. She graduated from MSCTC in Moorhead for Hygiene. She has been an RDH for 20+ years and was a dental assistant for 6 years prior to starting hygiene. Amy is a hygienist who values building relationships with her patients. Her and her husband Jason have 3 children in high school and currently live in Florian. Her hobbies include anything outdoors including gardening, hunting, fishing, and camping.

Ella Heggedal

LDA

Born and raised in Greenbush, MN, Ella graduated from MState in Moorhead in 2024 where she studied dental assisting. After graduation, Ella interned here at Hallie Family Dentistry. She has been here ever since and has been loving it! In the spring of 2025, Ella went back to MState and got her local anesthesia certificate! Her and her fiance Taylor have two British labs that keep them busy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to their lake cabin, and golfing!

Emily Gust

Office Administrator

Emily joined Hallie Family Dentistry in January 2025. After moving back to the area, she enjoys reconnecting with the community. In her free time outside of work, you’ll find her hiking, traveling, or planning her next adventure with her two dogs and boyfriend Zach.
